日前有民眾一家9口,衝著知名飯店,參加北海道5日旅行團,但晚上回飯店才發現,原定入住的4星級飯店,臨時被降等,換成3星級的飯店,房間床單泛黃又老舊,還有濃濃氣味,業者卻只補償大約660元台幣,對此,旅行社表示,並非降等,而是給旅客的說明資料誤植,不慎寫成4星級飯店,已經承諾旅客,將賠償旅費的百分之5。

在浪漫美景下享受溫泉,許多人到北海道旅遊,都會特地挑選,溫泉飯店住宿,就有民眾看準日本五日遊,要住這間知名飯店,沒想到玩了一整天,晚上才發現,要入住的飯店,跟原先說好的不一樣,簡單日式套房,棉被床墊隨意擺放,陳小姐看到氣炸,因為根本不是說好的飯店。

她在網路上控訴,今年7月,全家6大3小到北海道旅遊,原定入住4星級飯店,卻被臨時降等,換成3星級的飯店,旅客陳小姐說:「3星的房間你如果說乾淨就算了,進去是不是鋪好,不是像我們就是,剛進去房間那種鋪好,人家整理過的房間的床鋪,它房間一進去就還有一個味道,我就心裡想說這到底是不是,有整理過的房間。」

看看原本飯店,房型空間寬敞明亮,實際入住的飯店,床單泛黃又老舊,查看旅遊網站,更發現2邊的房間,光是一晚售價,就差到台幣1200元,業者試圖安撫旅客,竟然說出,價差只有台幣110元,旅客陳小姐說:「房間落差這麼大,當初我們是看上,它有那種游泳設施,想說小朋友如果時間來得及,我是不是也可以帶小朋友出去玩。」

事後旅行社決定,補償一人3000元日幣,約660元台幣,業者表示並非飯店降星等,而是入住才發現,當初旅客說明會的資料,是誤植了飯店名稱,後續也將賠償百分之5旅費,跟團旅遊,民眾得再三確認以求自保,衝著知名飯店開心出遊,卻因為旅行社一個疏失,最後敗興而歸。
